What's a Song Portrait?
A Song Portrait is a custom, one-of-a-kind song written by Steve Moakler and inspired by your story. Whether it’s a tribute to someone you love, a memory you want to hold onto, or a message you’ve never quite been able to put into words—Steve will craft a deeply personal song that captures it all in melody and lyrics.
How It Works
Your Story
Fill out a simple questionnaire where you can share the heart behind your song—your memories, the message you want to say, and the person you want to honor.
Creative Process
I’ll take what you share and begin writing—crafting lyrics and melody that reflect your heart and story. You’ll have the opportunity to make edits before it’s complete.
Delivery
Receive an acoustic performance of your co-written song and a professionally formatted lyric. An opportunity for handwritten lyrics, a video message and performance, and a studio recording of your song will all be available upon completion.
